order processing
orders are usually processed within 24–72 hours (business days). orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
delivery timelines
once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pincode and local courier network. during sale periods, festivals, or unforeseen disruptions, delivery may take a little longer.
tracking your order
as soon as your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link on sms or email. tracking can take up to 48 hours to start showing movement after the shipping label is created.
address and delivery attempts
please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the address is confirmed (re-shipping charges may apply).
cancellations
we begin processing quickly, so cancellations may not be possible once an order is confirmed and in processing or dispatched. if you need urgent help, reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
damaged, defective, or wrong item
if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). we’ll review it and arrange a replacement or resolution as needed.
delays or lost packages
courier scans can sometimes take time to update. if your tracking hasn’t moved for an extended period, write to us and we’ll raise it with the shipping partner.
